1. Accept the terms.

When you fill in the information, read and agree to this agreement according to the registration page prompts, and complete all the Good Power Supply platform account registration procedures in any way, you agree that you have fully read, understood, and accepted all the contents of this agreement, and have signed this agreement with Good Power Supply platform, and you will be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement ("Terms"). In case of strict selection, the platform can freely decide to change the "terms" at any time. If there are any changes to the "terms", in case the Yan Xuan platform publishes an announcement on its website to notify you. If you do not agree to the relevant changes, please immediately stop using the "Service". The revised "terms" will automatically take effect once they are published on the website of the strict selection platform. You should carefully read the revised "Terms" when logging in for the first time after the change, and have the right to choose to stop using the "Service"; Once you continue to use the "Service", it means that you have accepted the revised "Terms". In the event of a dispute between you and the Yan Xuan platform, the latest service agreement shall prevail.

2. Who can use the Yiyi Strict Selection platform website?

The "Service" is only for the use of individuals or companies who are able to enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with relevant laws. Therefore, you must be at least eighteen years old to use this service. If this condition is not met, please do not use 'Service'. In case the Yan Xuan platform has the right to refuse to provide "services" to anyone at its sole discretion at any time.

When using platform services, you should provide accurate and complete information (including your name and email address, contact phone number, contact address, etc.) according to the prompts on the platform page, so that we or other users can contact you. You understand and agree that you have an obligation to maintain the authenticity and validity of the information you provide.

You have a security obligation for your account. Your account is set up by you and kept by you. In case of strict selection, you will not be asked to provide your account password at any time. Therefore, it is recommended that you keep your account safe and ensure that you log out at the end of each online session and follow the correct steps to leave the selected platform. If you voluntarily disclose your account or suffer losses and consequences due to other people's attacks, fraud, or other actions, and if strict selection does not assume responsibility, you should seek compensation from the infringing party through judicial, administrative, and other relief channels.

You are solely responsible for the actions of your own account. Except in the event of strict selection being at fault, you shall be responsible for all actions under your account, including but not limited to signing various agreements online, publishing information, purchasing goods and services, and disclosing information.

If you discover any unauthorized use of your account to log in to the Good Power Supply platform or other situations that may result in your account being stolen or lost, we suggest that you immediately notify Good Power Supply and authorize Good Power Supply to synchronize this information with a cooperating third party. You understand that in the event that Yanxuan takes action on any of your requests, reasonable time is required, and in the event that Yanxuan takes action at your request, it may not be possible to avoid or prevent the formation or expansion of the consequences of the infringement, except in the event that Yanxuan has legal fault, Yanxuan shall not be liable.

3. Fees.

Our company reserves the right to charge "service" fees after notifying you in accordance with Article 1. All taxable expenses incurred by you in conducting transactions, obtaining paid services from our company, or accessing our servers, as well as related hardware, software, communication, network services, and other expenses, shall be borne by you. Our company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or stop some or all of the "Services" in the event of strict selection of the platform website without prior written notice.

4. In case the platform website is strictly selected as the trading location only.

If the strict selection platform only serves as a platform for users to identify trading partners, negotiate goods and services transactions, and obtain various locations related to trade services. However, in the event that strict selection cannot control the quality, safety, or legality of the items involved in the exchange, the authenticity or accuracy of trade information, and the ability of trading parties to fulfill their obligations under trade agreements. If strict selection cannot and will not control whether the parties involved in the transaction can fulfill their contractual obligations. In addition, you should note that the risk of engaging in transactions with foreign nationals, minors, or individuals acting through fraudulent means objectively exists.

5. You grant Wanyi Strict Selection the right to use the license.

You grant Good Power Supply the license to use, publish, and display "Your Materials" in whole or in part.

6. Privacy.

Yiyi Yanxuan platform will only use "Your Information" according to Yiyi Yanxuan's privacy terms. If all the terms of the strict privacy clause are part of this agreement, you must carefully read them.

For non personal information such as text, images, videos, audio, etc. that you provide, publish, and form during the use of Wanyanxuan platform services, except for personal information, there will be no transfer of intellectual property rights, portrait rights, and other rights due to uploading, publishing, or other actions. Unless we specify otherwise, within the scope permitted by law, you will grant Wanyanxuan and its affiliated companies non-exclusive free of charge The right to license the use without geographical restrictions (including storing, using, copying, revising, editing, publishing, displaying, translating, distributing the above information or creating derivative works, incorporating the above information into other works in a known or later developed form, media, or technology) and the right to sublicense to third parties, as well as the right to obtain evidence and sue for third-party infringement in one's own name.

7. Trading procedures.

A description of the product you are looking for. You can publish any type of product description on the strictly selected platform website, or both types at the same time, provided that you classify these product descriptions into the correct category.

In case the strict selection platform is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the product description.

8. Trading system.

8.1 Do not manipulate transactions.

You agree not to use your accomplices (subordinate clients or third parties) who assist in achieving deception or deception intentions to manipulate the results of commercial negotiations with another trading party.

8.2 System Integrity.

You agree that you shall not use any device, software, or routine program to interfere with or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Wanyanxuan platform website or any transactions being conducted on the Wanyanxuan website. You are not allowed to take any action to impose unreasonable or disproportionate large loads on a strictly selected network structure. You shall not disclose your password to any third party, share it with any third party, or use it for any unauthorized purpose.

8.3 Not for commercial use.

You agree that you shall not make commercial use of any materials, including but not limited to copying any materials displayed on the website of Wanyanxuan Platform for commercial purposes without prior written approval from authorized senior management personnel of Wanyanxuan Platform.

9. User usage specifications

During the use of this service, it is not allowed to use the Wanyanxuan platform to store, upload, copy, and disseminate any information that may violate national laws, regulations, policies, public order and customs, as well as Wanyanxuan related rules, including but not limited to the following information:

(1) Those who endanger national security or disclose national secrets;

(2) Violating the interests of the state, society, collective, and the legitimate rights and interests of citizens;

(3) Engaging in illegal and criminal activities;

(4) Inciting resistance or undermining the implementation of the Constitution, laws, and administrative regulations;

(5) Inciting the subversion of state power or the overthrow of the socialist system;

(6) Inciting division of the country or undermining national unity;

(7) Inciting ethnic hatred, discrimination, and undermining ethnic unity;

(8) Fabricating or distorting facts, spreading rumors, and disrupting social order;

(9) Promoting feudal superstitions, obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or instigating crimes;

(10) Insulting or defaming others, infringing on their legitimate rights and interests;

(11) Harming the reputation of state organs;

(12) Other violations of laws, regulations, policies, public order and good customs.

You are not allowed to use this service to engage in the following activities:

(1) Entering a computer information network or using computer information network resources without permission;

(2) Deleting, modifying, or adding functions that do not have access to computer information networks without permission;

(3) Deleting, modifying, or adding data and application programs stored, processed, or transmitted in computer information networks without permission;

(4) Intentionally creating and spreading destructive programs such as computer viruses, interfering with normal network information services;

(5) Other hazards to computer information network security.

You own or control all rights to any content contained in the uploaded information, and will not infringe any intellectual property rights or any rights of third parties; If, due to your infringement, any third party involved in Yiyanxuan or cooperating with Yiyanxuan is subject to complaints, claims, or lawsuits, you should actively take all necessary measures to ensure that Yiyanxuan and any third party cooperating with Yiyanxuan are not affected by claims or lawsuits; At the same time, you shall be liable for compensation for any losses suffered by Good Power Supply and any third party cooperating with Good Power Supply as a result.

You agree that during the use of this service, the following behaviors shall not occur:

(1) Interfering with the normal operation of this platform in any way;

(2) Unauthorized use of works, logos, logos, trademarks, etc. that are strictly selected and enjoy intellectual property rights without consent;

(3) Obtaining the registered accounts and passwords of other users through illegal or illegal means;

(4) Other illegal ways, for any illegal purpose, or in any way inconsistent with this agreement, using the Wanyi Strict Selection Platform;

(5) Any other behavior that damages the legitimate rights and interests of strict selection and the company's image.

If you violate any of the above behavioral norms, in case of strict selection, you have the right to take all necessary measures based on the circumstances, including but not limited to notifying a deadline for correction, suspending use, and holding you accountable for relevant legal responsibilities; If any of your actions result in any losses to the strict election or any third party (including direct economic losses, goodwill losses, and indirect economic losses such as compensation, settlement payments, legal fees, litigation fees, etc.), you shall bear all legal responsibilities and compensate for the losses on your own.

If your behavior causes Yan Xuan to suffer from third-party claims, Yan Xuan can recover all losses from you after assuming obligations such as monetary payment to the third party.

10. Termination or Access Restrictions.

You agree that in the event that the Yanxuan Platform does not charge you, the Yanxuan Platform may, at its sole discretion, terminate your "Service" password for any reason (including but not limited to the event that the Yanxuan Platform believes that you have violated the literal and spiritual meaning of this Agreement, or that you have acted in a manner that does not comply with the literal and spiritual meaning of this Agreement, or that you have not logged in to the website with your account and password for more than 90 days) Account (or any part thereof) or your use of the Services, and delete the 'Your Information' submitted during your use of the Services.

In the event of major changes such as bankruptcy or mergers and acquisitions in Yanxuan, Yiyi Yanxuan has the right to transfer, temporarily suspend or permanently terminate this service in whole or in part according to the actual situation, and shall not be liable to you or any third party. However, Yiyi Yanxuan shall try its best to notify you of relevant information in advance through the Yiyi Yanxuan platform or Yiyi Yanxuan website, without separately notifying users.

After the termination of this agreement, except as expressly provided by law, in the event of strict selection, there shall be no obligation to disclose any information in your account to you or any third party designated by you.

11. What are the consequences of violating the rules?

Without limiting other remedies, if any of the following situations occur, a warning can be issued immediately in case of strict selection, temporarily suspending, permanently suspending or terminating your membership, deleting any existing product information, and any other information displayed on your website:

You violate this agreement or relevant legal provisions;

If Yiyi Yanxuan is unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to Yiyi Yanxuan;

If Yanxuan believes that your behavior may result in any legal liability for you, Yixuan users, or third-party service providers who provide services through Yixuan or Yixuan websites. Without limiting any other remedies, if you are found to be engaged in fraudulent activities involving the Yiyi Yanxuan website, Yiyi Yanxuan platform may suspend or terminate your account without any liability.

12. Comply with the law.

You shall comply with all relevant laws, regulations, rules and regulations related to your use of the Services, as well as your bidding, purchase, and sale of any goods, and the provision of commercial information.

13. Notice.

Unless otherwise specified, any notice shall be sent by email, with the email address (in the case of Wanyanxuan Platform) being the address suffixed with the domain name of this website, or (in the case of you) sent to the email address provided by you to Wanyanxuan Platform during the registration process, or such other address specified by the relevant party. Twenty four (24) hours after the email is sent, the notice shall be deemed delivered unless the sender is notified that the relevant email address has been invalidated. Alternatively, in case of strict selection, the notice can be sent to the address provided to the platform during the registration process by prepaid registered mail with a receipt requested. In this case, the notice shall be deemed delivered three (3) days after the date of payment.

14. Force Majeure.

For reasons beyond the reasonable control of our company, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government actions, communication or other facility failures or serious casualties, which cause our company to delay or fail to perform, in case Yanxuan Platform does not assume any responsibility for you.

15. Litigation.

Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement or our company's services shall be brought to the People's Court of the place where this agreement is signed and performed, and shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
